Winter Wardrobe Essentials
Okay, my favorite weather is here!! It is partly my favorite weather because of Hot chocolate, No sweat and CLOTHING. I've grown up watching people in shows wearing the MOST STYLISH Clothes in winter but Hyderabad doesn't actually have cold weather but nevertheless, let's enjoy for two months.
- Beanie, Bucket Hat:
Hats are one of my favorite part of my accessories. They're elegant, stylish and never go out of style. For Winters, One of favorite things to wear is a Beanie. I've always had one weirdly, I used my brother's old one and recently, I got an off white one and it has a pom pom at the end *Puppy Eyes*. It goes well with all winter clothing especially with Jackets or any kind of Layered Clothing.
Another option, recently in trend is the Bucket Hat. This goes well with more Casual Clothing but if dressed up carefully, can work well with Chic and Boho as well. This is'nt specific to Winter but Nevertheless, keeps your ears warm.
- Stockings/ Panty hose:
One of the drawbacks of winters is not being able to wear skirts, dresses, shorts or basically anything short because you don't want your legs to turn into Icicles. Anyway, One of the best ways to wear it is with Stockings or Panty Hose. A key point to remember is buying quality stockings which are thick, last longer and are durable. They're usually available in Black and Skin Color.. When paired with short skirts especially, they make the whole outfit come together.
Stockings Options:

- Hoodies:
I think this goes without saying, you cannot do winter right without Hoodies. They're a no brainer when it comes to winter clothing, have one, have 100, they're never enough.
The Front Opening ones can be paired with a Graphic or Plain tee and if it's too cold, a shirt on top and then a Hoodie.
For the Closed ones, solely wearing that and an Oversized Denim Jacket, is all that will require to put together an outfit.
- Boots:
I've always thought about how I can let my feet stay warm and honestly, far from freezing in Winters and boots are the way to go. I've paired Boots with so many outfits, I've lost count. Black boots, Leather books, knee length-the options are countless. However, I prefer the ankle length ones, because it is more versatile and it doesn't get THAT cold here.
Tip: If you're feeling super super cold, wear ankle length socks underneath, Thank me later.
- Checkered Shirt:
This is oddly specific but it is made for winter because they're thick material, Cozy and keep you warm. Checkered shirts can be used as a layering outfit to be layered under a tee and over a Jacket or just be used as a Shirt on it's own. However, it is a winter essential.
