Of Coffee, Thoughts and Gibberish

For the longest time, I used the terms 'house' and 'home' interchangeably. It was only when I sub-consciously referred to one as house and the other as latter that I noticed the difference. I think one only realizes the difference of either when one moves out.  What makes a house a home? When I look closely, everything that I do, from arranging the things on my desk a certain way to the preferences of the brightness of light- it all adds up. Suddenly I feel enlightened (pun intended!) It's been  9 months since I last posted my blog. What happened in these nine months, for starters, I started working on my goal in silence, took a trip to the states, spent time with my family which felt like it happened in the blink of an eye although it was for a little over a month, came back and started to pack.  This is what I wanted, but lately I've been feeling bittersweet about this. There are certain instances when I look at something, as though a third person were watching this scenario and I almost bawl that I am not going to experience this for a while. The sheer amount of  warmth and love your loved ones can make you feel is almost indescribable.
