WHY SHOULD ONE TRAVEL ? Recently I took a trip to Pune and Mumbai. It was a very spontaneous trip that me and my friend had planned   in two days and had to leave in the next two days. The cherry on top was that it was my first solo trip. Over the course of this trip, I realized a few things which I had penned down and have decided to share them on my blog. 1)   RELAXATION - This goes without saying that one travels to feel relax but we often get caught up in the monotonous life and forget to recognize when our body needs rest. Travelling is like therapy. It helps the body rejuvenate, also gives a rush of much needed adrenaline when we do something new. Relaxation helps the body to feel better and perform any tasks better and efficiently. 2) TO FIND INSPIRATION - This is something I realized while I was on my trip, we tend to notice things carefully when travelling- people, nature, dogs ,streets everything.
