SMALL WAYS TO MAKE YOUR EVERYDAY LIFE BETTER-

If you’ve ever sat down and reflected on your day, you would realize you would spend at least half of your day doing mindless tasks being half present and conscious of what you’re doing.

Here’s a few ways of making your everyday life better-

  1. Meditate: I know when i say this, you would imagine a saint sitting on a mountain with eyes closed and chanting. But the Wonders of meditating are unlimited. It can make you feel at peace, live in the present moment. Practicing meditation for atleast 5 minutes a day can change your life. The tough part is, to make it a habit. Once you are past it, It is pure bliss

3. Self care- whether it is mosisturizing your face, brushing twice a day, choose something that relaxes you, makes you feel better about yourself and do it everyday

Some easy starter habits of self care

  1. Writing a gratitude journal

  2. Brushing twice  a day

  3. Cleaning your room before going to bed

  4. Working out

4.  Put your phone away- Half hour before your bed time, put your phone away, read a book, listen to calming songs to fall asleep or do your skin care routine but stay away from your phone.

Even after you wake up, stretch, wash your face. The first 10 minutes of how your day starts determine the mood for the rest of the day. Don’t let the world get to you, first thing in the morning

5. Clean- I mean this seriously, it is mental peace. When your physical space is clean, you will feel less cluttered ( mentally & physically) . If not daily, do it on a weekly basis and see the difference
