FIVE CLOTHING PIECES EVERY COLLEGE GIRL SHOULD OWN:
This is for every girl- freshman, sophmore no matter who struggles to pick an outfit everyday for school. The first step is to shop intelligently.We often end up splurging on pieces which are in trend but what skips our mind is that we spend the majority of our time is spent at school.So, its important to pick a comfortable yet visually pleasing outfit.


1) GOOD QUALITY BASIC TEEs-
its very important to own a plain black,white and grey tee shirt because this is literally the only thing which can be dressed down or dressed up according to the ocassion
moreover, basic tee shirts are easier to pair with jackets, headbands etc
dress up:  add scrunchies, headbands, layered necklaces
dress down: keep it casual : a slight tuck, knot a thin belt


2)ALTERNATE OPTIONS TO JEANS-

we all know jeans is our staple item in our college wadrobe, its never out of fashion but skinny jeans sometimes can get a tad bit uncomfortable. So, an alternate option to that can be culottes, wide legged pants. They are extremely comfortable and the fabric which absorbs sweat.  They can be easily paired with basic tee shirts, or crop tops
dress up: add a jacket, big hoops
dress down: basic tee and converse


3) TIGHTS-

Tights in my opinion, are underrated. They can literally be paired with anything. They are basically the easy way out. Black tights are life savers.
dress up: statement jewelry, scarf, caps
dress down: oversized tee, vans


4) ALTERNATIVE TO SKIRTS-

mini skirts are flattering but sometimes can get uncomfortable. The best alternative to that are skorts. They are the best clothing piece-  they look like a skirt but are as comfortable as shorts.
dress up: bandanas, crop tops, jeans jacket
dress down: plain tee, canvas shoes

5) LAYERING ITEMS: JACKETS, KIMONOS ETC

I cannot stress enough on this- a simple jeans jacket, a kimono can change the way your whole oufit looks. it looks like you have put a lot of effort but is effortless. They are go to item when you are late and have to grab something but still look presentable in class.
jeans jacket, kimino, hoodie are must haves.

  One thing I absolutely love and spend most of my free time doing is finding new things- Art, Books, Music, Shows, Movies, Poems and I can go on and on and on. Most things I find are usually through Pinterest, YouTube Comments, Following a few YouTube Channels, Reading an Author’s Favorite or about his inspiration (Always a great way to find great art) .
